The complex, with its location and structure, is ideal for hosting italian, international and post-graduate students, professors, researchers, Doctorate, Masters and Erasmus students and others connected to the university community.
In-Domus Monneret can offer you high-level accommodation with standard contracts of 6 or 11 months, offering flexible solutions to your needs. Stays of different durations can be agreed with the management.
Monneret is a new student residence, built by the Social Housing Foundation, formerly occupied by a student halls of residence historically owned by the Cariplo Foundation.
The structure consists of three buildings of different heights joined by a central body where the reception is located, while computerised study rooms, the gym and relaxation areas are located on the ground floor of the various buildings.
The campus offers a 24-hour reception service, as well as having, for added security, an advanced CCTV recording system.

In-Domus Monneret is located in a convenient position close to the Polytechnic university, Città Studi, Cattolica, Bicocca and the major excellent hospital centres in Milan, like the Instituto dei Tumori and San Raffaele hospital.
The area is well served by public transport; Lambrate Station is in the vicinity where there is both Metro Line 2 and the urban railway link (with Bicocca University one stop away) and is easily accessible by private means, thanks to the proximity of the Tangenziale Est of Milan.
