Summer has just begun but the heat has already started to invade the streets of Milan. How to resist these fiery days while staying in the city?
Milan is a city full of facilities and sports centers that host outdoor (but also indoor) swimming pools where you can cool off and spend your days having fun. The ideal solution to disconnect from study and work while indulging in a little leisure time.
Here are the 4 best swimming pools in Milan where you can spend your sultry summer days in complete relaxation
The Mysterious Baths are one of Milan’s outdoor swimming pools created following the redevelopment of the old Caimi pool. The name now given to the facility, evokes art and recalls some of Giorgio de Chirico’s drawings and the sculpture of the same name in the garden of the Triennale. Here we find two aquatic areas, a large one measuring 50×25 m and deep from 1.25 m to 1.70 m, the other smaller one measuring 25×25 m and deep from 60 cm to 90 cm.
The first also consists of a movable wooden platform with dual use solarium by day and dance floor or stage by night; the second transforms into an ice or skating rink when needed, particularly in winter.
Both are surrounded by a synthetic lawn and offer, in one of the areas, outdoor tables at the Barefoot Bar & Refreshment. Swimming lessons are also organized, both for adults and children, but it is also an ideal place to spend an alternative evening between aperitifs and night swimming.
It is possible to purchase either a daily ticket, from 10:00 am to 6:30 pm, or a half-day ticket: morning from 10:00 am to 2:00 pm, afternoon from 2:30 pm to 6:30 pm.

As we have seen in this small guide, Milan offers many facilities with swimming pools in which to regenerate after a long week of intensive work or study.
If, on the other hand, you don’t want to stray too far from the In-Domus campuses, we point out the pools closest to our facilities: Suzzani pool (Milano Internazionale), Daniele Carella Cantù pool ( Milano Olympia), S.é.C. Sport & Health Club (Milano Monneret).
Treat yourself, too, to a break from preparing for exams by dedicating a few hours to your mental and physical well-being. You can choose between simply relaxing by the pool or signing up for a swimming or water fitness class. The important thing is that you are able to carve out moments of rest, especially when you are under stress from the exam session.
