In-Domus, an Italian company emanation of the Cariplo Foundation and Fondazione Housing Sociale, leader in Student Housing in Milan with three Campuses and over 1000 beds, intervenes in the current emergency with a structured economic plan to support its Guests.
Adopted measures include payment extensions, partial reimbursements of fees for Guests left outside Milan during the lockdown period and the possibility of using one month of fees already paid as a payment for the next academic year.
During the full lockdown period In-Domus Campuses have always remained open and operational in all their services, thanks to the highest health protection measures. A rich program of “virtual events” has been introduced for the benefit of all Guests, in compliance with the rules for contagion containment.
In-Domus has always been paying the highest attention to the psycho-physical well-being and health of its Guests and has adopted a deep social “mission” to contribute to the right to university study.
The strategy of In-Domus is based on the belief that Social Housing represents a formula capable of meeting the challenges posed by pandemic threats and confirming the growth prospects of the sector outlined in recent years. In-Domus will continue to be one of the leading players in such growth.
