Renovation project for the Olympia University Campus

From June 2018 will begin the redevelopment of our University Campus Certosa, with the aim of making this location the prestigious residence of In Domus.

For this redevelopment project, particular attention was paid to the enhancement of the common areas without neglecting important interventions for both the rooms and the apartments.
LOUNGE AND RECEPTION

In the current Tower C (which will take the name of LYKEION) a large and modern lounge area has been provided and the complete reconstruction of the whole Reception area.

From here you can access, through a new staircase, upstairs where there is a large terrace that will make pleasant moments of leisure / relaxation in the residence.

Smart TV will be placed on both floors for use also during entertainment.
COMMON CUISINE AND RESTAURANT ROOM

Will be concentrated in the current Tower A (which will take the name of ALEXANDROS) the new common kitchens (with relative increase in the number of fires) that will occupy the spaces now dedicated to gyms.

The restaurant will have an outdoor projection with dehor that will be particularly appreciated and used during the spring / summer period.
GYM

The gym will be strengthened and will occupy all the spaces now used as a TV room.
ROOMS

For the rooms we have identified new interior architecture solutions that will allow us to introduce, in the double rooms, levels of privacy that today do not exist in other similar contexts.
APARTMENTS

The apartments in Tower B (which will take the name of SOPHIA) will have more habitability with new kitchens and will be enlivened by new colors of painting.
EXTERIORS

Great attention also to the exteriors where fences will be provided for greater safety and environmental decoration as well as the installation of signs that will present the new In Domus logo on the upper parts of the tower.

Work will start in mid-June in building C and on the zero floor of Tower A, trying to limit the inconvenience to the guests present in the residence.

In the month of August Campus Certosa will remain closed to allow the interventions also in the rooms and in the apartments.

The new guests and those who will renew their presence at the Campus Certosa for the year 2018/2019 will appreciate the quality of the new services and the quality level of the new spaces that will be at the forefront and at the highest level, always with a superior quality price ratio to the standards on the city of Milan.
