To be a student in Milan and attend Milanese universities can be a more important opportunity than it was thought. It’s not a cliché to think of Milan as one of the most important centers for economic and thought development and not only.
What is the evidence?
Certainly many and for some time now there is one more. At least since the Università degli Studi Milano Bicocca has dedicated a project to the development of the “i” side of the students regularly registered to the triennial graduation course, the Master’s degree or the Ph.D., both Italians and foreigners
iBicocca is a polyhedral project made of many facets: spirit of initiative, curiosity, desire to work. Participating in the institution’s activities is easy because our Campus Milano Internazionale is located right at Bicocca University and it means enriching one’s knowledge set with new skills that are increasing in demand. At the same time, to attend iBicocca means to gather information capable of growing the youth entrepreneurial mindset, motivating them to do their best on the market.
How does iBicocca works? The students participate in the activities and accumulate credits to obtain an Open Badge Silver and/or Open Budget Gold. It’s worth saying that those awards can be converted into course credits and that they also give you further access to the program’s activities. Therefore, participating can mean both to assist from the outside but also to get to enter more deeply into the organization’s life, depending on the case. The number of possible activities for iBicocca members is very high. Among the most interesting activities to note there is the organization of internships on start-ups, providing insights into the most innovative entrepreneurial reality currently.
For those that have still not joined the iBicocca network we suggest that you give a look at the website, as we will be announcing many other initiatives in collaboration with other Milanese universities in the next articles of this blog!
