Before you start, find a span of time in which you will not be bothered. Turn your mobile off (if necessary, not to worry your loved ones, remember to inform them about your absence), play a relaxing music playlist and switch your mind off.
Turn bright lights off, keeping only the softer ones on. Or use candles, even better if flavoured ones.
Now it is time to take care of your body.
Lately, you have probably neglected your body and it is for this reason that our SPA-advices starts from here. Start from a face mask and a hair mask. You can buy ready-made ones or do it yourself without going outside your university residence. The most important thing is to take your time, leaving the masks on for the time needed.

Once the set time is over, we suggest you have a hot shower, to clean everything away, but also to alleviate muscular tensions and relax your body.
Spending a lot of time sit can weaken your blood circulation and the elasticity of the skin. That is why, like in a real SPA, we suggest you treat yourself to a body scrub directly in the shower. Be careful not to scrub too hard, a gentle massage would be enough.

Once your shower is over the only thing left to do is extremely calmly dry up and dress up.
